Eat smaller healthier portions. Stop eating out of boredom. Stop drinking calories. Watch my sugar intake. Exercise daily.

Even though I went through a noticeable change in a small amount of time I have been working on my body for a year now. I stopped working out my legs and let all my muscle turn to fat so I could burn it off. Right now I’m in the process of rebuilding leaner muscle.
